Kelly Woolard Joins Bernhardt as Director of Fashion Merchandising

Luxury furniture manufacturer Bernhardt Furniture has appointed Kelly Woolard as director of fashion merchandising for the residential upholstery division. In her new position, Woolard will develop upholstery fabric and frame correlations based on fashion directions and will manage the company’s High Point Market upholstery presentations.
Woolard reports to Dawn Pearson, vice president of merchandising, residential upholstery. “Kelly’s extensive experience in upholstery design, merchandising, and fashion will be a valuable asset in positioning our brand as a leader in residential upholstered seating,”
said Pearson.
"I'm excited to join Bernhardt and to work with the incredible residential upholstery team. Bernhardt is well known throughout the industry as a forward-thinking design leader, and I can't wait to be part of that legacy,” Woolard said.
Woolard worked for 10 years at in visual merchandising for Arhaus, most recently as the Associate Director of Visual Merchandising. Originally from North Carolina, she and her husband have relocated from Dallas back to the Hickory, N.C., area as she joins Bernhardt. Woolard is a High Point University graduate with a degree in Interior Design. She worked for Maitland Smith as a Visual Manager and Merchandising Assistant immediately after graduation and before joining Arhaus.
