Steinhafels Furniture and Mattress Superstore Opens 12th Location in Green Bay

Wisconsin-based furniture provider Steinhafels officially opened its 12th superstore in Green Bay on Friday, April 8. The company’s newest location is an anchor for the Bay Park Square Mall. Bay Park Square mall is located in the Green Bay suburb of Ashwaubenon, Wis.
Steinhafels completed an extensive interior and exterior remodeling to the former department store location. The new Green Bay Steinhafels is a 100,000 sq. ft superstore, which is the company’s ninth superstore in Wisconsin and second in the Fox Valley.

Steinhafels is a fourth-generation family-owned furniture retailer, founded in 1934. The company sells quality home furnishings, mattresses and home décor. Steinhafels currently has fifteen stores, twelve in Wisconsin and three in Illinois. On May 4, 2021 the Steinhafels family announced it had sold its shares to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making the company 100% employee owned.
