Malouf has announced that it has named Tyler Shurtleff as vice president of operations and Greg Law as director of procurement. The company has also restructured its order fulfillment team to align better with its domestic logistics services.
Malouf has always been committed to providing a seamless fulfillment process for retailers. With recent global supply chain constraints, Shurtleff and Law will work together with their teams to ensure Malouf operations remain strong in the future.
“At Malouf, we want to eliminate the pain points of order fulfillment for our retail partners,” said Eric Holmstead, president of Malouf Home. “We’re excited to welcome Tyler and Greg to our operations team to help lead that function and continue to drive value to our customers.”
Tyler Shurtleff started at Malouf over a year ago in a hybrid operations and business development role. His new position as vice president of operations will cover the entire supply chain process, including purchasing, demand planning, and logistics and distribution.
Shurtleff shared, “I’m excited to step into this newly created role at Malouf. The company is growing quickly, and with that growth, comes added complexity in operations. We are focused on sustainability, scaling the business, and meeting the needs of our retail partners.”
Before coming to Malouf, Shurtleff was part owner of CampSaver, a leader in outdoor gear e-commerce sales, and worked at the company for over 14 years. His last role at CampSaver was director of operations.
Greg Law is new to the Malouf team. Previously, he worked at iFit, a global leader in the home fitness equipment market. During his 30 years with the company, Law served in multiple engineering and sourcing roles, and most recently worked as vice president of sourcing and quality.
“With my new role at Malouf, I will communicate and coordinate purchasing initiatives with our international production facilities,” Law said. “Supply chains have been stretched in recent years and months, so a key initiative for my team is to return reliability to the product supply in order to deliver the right inventory at the right time and location.”
