Shades of Light Promotes Sean Acton to CFO

As chief financial officer, Acton will focus more heavily on the functional areas of the business, something that has become increasingly important as each department has grown in staff and complexity, with the business doubling over the last two years. 

Acton will be assuming oversight of the purchasing, inventory, and production teams, in addition to the accounting team which he already oversaw. 

Shades of Light crafts hundreds of products in-house at their Virginia headquarters, including ceiling lights, art glass pendants, copper outdoor lights, lamps and shades.
