Stiles has been with the company for 20 years, starting his career in retail as a sales associate, then store manager, eventually working his way up through the corporation’s retail operations.
As senior vice president of retail operations and chief credit officer, Stiles led the company’s retail operations functions, dealer relations and sales efforts, as well as management of Badcock’s credit underwriting policies and servicing programs. In his new role, Stiles will be focused on four-wall economics to propel the company’s growth through retail operations, sales, credit, merchandising and marketing, to ensure all are working as a unified group to drive revenue at the store level.
“Mitchell’s experience with Badcock, deep knowledge of multiple facets of the company and passion for our business made him a perfect fit for this new position and well-deserved promotion,” said Rob Burnette, president and CEO. “I know that he will bring that same energy and commitment to the role of chief revenue officer. I couldn’t be prouder and look forward to his future success.”
Over the past five years, Stiles has played a key role in the company’s unit growth through new corporate and dealer stores and building and strengthening Badcock’s dealer network through collaborative relationships with store owners.
