Mlily USA Provides Pillows to Knoxville 911 Dispatchers

Dispatchers serve as the critical link between people in distress and the emergency services they need. It is a high-stress position known to take its toll on these public servants. Mlily USA has been a leader in educating consumers on the importance of sleep and the impact a restorative night’s sleep has on performance, which is why the company donated the pillows.

“This time of year is the perfect time to thank all types of service members, the kind stranger at the grocery store or even the wait staff at your favorite restaurant,” said Stephen Chen, president Mlily USA. “We try very hard to be a good corporate citizen in the communities where we live and work, and this is one of several initiatives we support to live up to those values. Dispatchers at the 911 center always need to be sharp and perform to their fullest. We wanted to do something that would express our gratitude and help them in return. They are tasked with an incredibly difficult job that not many people can handle. We simply wanted to say thank you and let them know we appreciate what they do.”
