BDI Welcomes Back David Stewart as VP of Sales

Furniture designer and manufacturer BDI has announced that David Stewart is returning to the company as vice president of sales.
Stewart brings more than 22 years of experience in sales and retail operations to this position. He will lead all sales efforts for BDI, overseeing account management, supporting product development and participating in the strategic direction of the company as part of the executive team.
Most recently, Stewart served as vice president of Sales for Uniters, where he led the company’s sales team. He was previously with BDI for 3.5 years and also served as vp of sales and operations for North America for W. Schillig.
“We’re thrilled to have David rejoin our team,” said Bill Becker, CEO and design director of BDI. “He is one of the most well-respected sales executives in the furniture industry and has demonstrated the ability to build relationships and partnerships that drive growth.”

Stewart earned his bachelor’s degree in Wood Products from Penn State University in State College, Pa.
