Pilot Freight Services Acquires DSI Logistics

The strategic purchase of DSI will further expand Pilot Last Mile Home, the company's national final mile home delivery solution. This acquisition positions Pilot as the second-largest last-mile delivery provider for big and bulky goods in the United States.

Pilot will integrate the entire DSI Logistics leadership team and employee base, consisting of more than 200 individuals, into its corporate structure to support and enhance Pilot Last Mile Home and National Customer Service teams.
