Mlily USA to Provide 360-Virtual Las Vegas Showroom Tour

Mattress manufacturer Mlily USA is set to launch an interactive 360-virtual showroom tour as an alternative experience for its retail partners who will not attend the upcoming Las Vegas Market due to concerns about COVID-19.

The tour will launch in tandem with the Market’s opening day April 11 and will showcase the company’s wide array of products with detailed product images, videos and descriptions.

The 360-degree virtual tour will begin at the entrance of the company’s newly expanded World Market Center showroom, which will serve as the backdrop for the tour, thus giving virtual attendees the sense that they are physically in the showroom. Mlily reached an agreement with World Market Center to double its show space after last summer’s Las Vegas Market; measuring 20,000 square feet, the company’s space now spans suites 900 and 908 in Building B.

“The expanded showroom and the virtual tour are the key elements to the strong presence we will have at Las Vegas Market,” said Stephen Chen, president of Mlily USA. “While some of our partners plan to attend the Las Vegas Market, others will not. Therefore, we are taking every step possible to share needed product information and details to all of our customers in a variety of ways, while conveying the excitement of the expanded showroom.”

The tour will guide visitors through Mlily’s lineup of mattresses, adjustable bed bases and pillows. It will feature 25 different product vignettes and detailed product descriptions, along with recently added videos that offer training to retail sales associates. The tour features user-friendly functionality including zooming capabilities to explore the company’s product portfolio in more detail. Users can explore the showroom as though they were walking through it in person, including a 360-degree detailed view of each piece. When clicking on a mattress, pillow or base, users will see a brief description of the product along with a video. Each video will provide detailed product specifications and an animation allowing viewers to “see inside” the mattress or pillow to view the detailed construction of the products.

Mlily’s sales team will work with retailers to conduct personal tours and set up self-guided tours. The website will also include a link on the “Become a Retailer” page for new customers to view each product in the virtual showroom. Along with the virtual tour and its new product launches, Mlily will introduce point-of-purchase materials for retailers at the upcoming Market, including retail shelving, print materials and banner displays. “We are trying to provide our partners with a well-rounded menu of marketing materials,” said Daryl Simmons, director marketing for Mlily. “We will have everything retailers need.”
