Malouf Launches New Website to Encompass Growing Home Focus

Furniture and bedding accessories provider Malouf has announced the launch of its new website at MaloufHome.com, providing an enhanced consumer shopping experience and education on product choices.

“Our company has grown from sleep accessories to whole home solutions, and we wanted the website to reflect that change,” said Scott Carr, marketing director. “Shopping trends now heavily rely on online research before in-person shopping, and we wanted to ensure we have the best online presence to capture consumer interest and reinforce value.”

Besides optimizing the user experience, the Malouf team reimagined the look, feel, and features of the site with all-new product information and photos. Some exciting additions are:

  • “Shop the Room” Feature: On a photo of a bedroom, staged by a professional stylist from Malouf, customers can easily shop products featured in the room. The goal was to help customers visualize how they can combine Malouf products to fully outfit their bed. “Shop the Room” features are on the home page, the furniture page, and each designer bed page.
  • Education Cards: Shopping for bedding often requires informed decisions based on many different factors. To help customers find their ideal choice, Malouf included education cards at the bottom of the pages for each category to explain complex areas like thread count, sleep position, and cooling features.
  • Pillows 101: Finding the right pillow is a challenge online, so Malouf created a Pillows 101 page that uses photos, videos, and education to help customers find their ideal option. The site also features a sophisticated filtering mechanism that looks at materials, sleep position, loft, and unique features to create curated options for shoppers.

Carr continued, “Another reason it was time to update was to ensure the same standards of tech and innovation exist on our websites that exist in our new product launches—on par for where our future is going.”
