Humanscale Promotes Nancy Pedrick to President of North American Sales

Humanscale, a leading designer and manufacturer of high-performance ergonomic office furniture, has announced Nancy Pedrick as its new president of North American Sales, covering the North America Commercial market and all Global markets.
Pedrick originally joined the workplace ergonomics leader over seventeen years ago as an area director. Over the course of her career, she has been consistently recognized for her leadership skills and excelled in each new role at Humanscale. She brings a high level of skill in cultivating both end-user and dealer relationships. Within the organization, Pedrick is widely regarded as a trusted mentor, developing and advancing her colleagues’ careers and building a team of strong, dynamic leaders like herself.
As businesses around the world adapt to new ways of working, Pedrick will play an integral role in ensuring Humanscale is well-positioned to embrace the challenges and opportunities at stake in the workplace. Looking ahead, she aims to lead Humanscale to pre-Covid sales levels by the end of the year and remains focused on capturing market share within key product categories and territories.
Pedrick’s new role positions her alongside several women at the helm of Humanscale’s C-Suite and Senior Leadership, which includes Chief Financial Officer, Michele Gerards; Chief Marketing Officer, Leena Jain; Chief Sustainability Officer, Jane Abernethy, LEED AP; President, Global Healthcare and IT Distribution, Heather Fennimore; General Consul, Anna Volftsun; and Vice President, Contract and Strategic Relationships, Lynda Dehn.
