Whittier Wood Furniture, manufacturer of heritage-quality real wood furniture since 1975, has announced it will open a new showroom at 220 Elm in High Point, North Carolina.
The company will be in their new location on the 3rd floor – Suite 302 in time for the upcoming High Point Pre-Market held April 25-27, 2021.
“Moving to 220 Elm gave us the opportunity to show more products in a welcoming, larger and lighter environment,” said Evert Slijper, EVP of Sales and Marketing. “The location is central and with easy access to nearby buildings and shuttle routes.”
220 Elm is a 4-story 360,000-square-foot furniture showroom building in High Point, N.C. owned by Maple Leaf Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Palliser Furniture. 220 Elm opened in April 2001 and has been 98-100% leased for the past 10 years. 220 Elm is home to over 50 tenants.
