Walker Edison Opens New Headquarters in West Jordan, Utah

Walker Edison has announced the completion of its new 125,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in West Jordan, Utah.

The office building was renovated from what was previously a large retail store that had laid vacant for years. It is now a state-of- the-art facility complete with a 20,000 sq ft photo and video studio and a 15,000 sq ft showroom.

The renovated facility was designed to inspire innovation and support a high-performing collaborative workforce. There are 7 total conference rooms of varying sizes, along with 1 large training room. The break room is a large open space on the main level that includes booth seating, an employee market, and arcade games. The building also has a mother’s room, massage room, salon, and four privacy phone booths.

While many employees are currently working from home in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the office still features top accommodations as employees return to an in-person work environment. The desk areas offer flexible workstations so employees can take advantage of versatile work arrangements.

“This new building reflects who we are at Walker Edison: we lift where we stand and look for opportunities to enhance schools, neighborhoods, and communities around us," said Brad Bonham, Walker Edison co-founder and CEO, " To turn a dilapidated shopping center into a state-of-the-art worldwide headquarters for our multi-billion-dollar business has been a great honor. Mayor Burton and his incredible team at West Jordan have been tremendous to work with, and we look forward to adding hundreds of high paying jobs to this location throughout the years.”

“This new space is an investment into both the future of Walker Edison as well as its incredible employees,” said Joanna McKenna, president of Walker Edison. We look forward to the functionality of this new space as well as our involvement in the West Jordan community.”

City of West Jordan Mayor Dirk Burton commented, “I couldn’t be more thrilled with the investment Walker Edison has made in West Jordan. The decision to redevelop a large, abandoned retail building, will not only breathe new life into the city’s core, but also signals a deep commitment to our community.”
