Los Angeles-based ecommerce sales and marketing company BrandJump has announced it has established a new Home Center Department to bring a more specialized focus to home improvement channel retailers such as Home Depot and Lowes.
Within the new department, BrandJump will offer dedicated resources that will drive key initiatives and maximize online sales for manufacturers across the Home Center Channel.
Melley Richards, formerly of Target.com, has been promoted to the Home Center Channel Manager role. The department also includes two dedicated BrandJump Merchandising Managers to Home Depot, Natasha Burkett and Kera Morgan (former tenured Home Depot employees) and a dedicated Merchandising Manager to Lowes, a BrandJump veteran, Kristie Yang. The department’s services will include:
- Merchandising
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Pricing Analysis
- Promotional Management
- Customer Feedback Analysis
In addition, BrandJump will use its customized Product Information Management (PIM) system to offer a direct API “Connector” to Home Depot and Lowes, bringing automation to the merchandising process, significantly increasing speed to market. BrandJump will also use its proprietary Client Portal as a central hub for its manufacturer clients to view their promotions throughout the year.
“We identified a gap in service levels and the ability to properly leverage the ecommerce segments of these complex omnichannel retailers, so we created this department to support their unique needs,” said Josh Walter, CEO of BrandJump. “Bringing together this A-team, who has a deep understanding of the evolution of the online businesses of these home improvement retailers, will offer an unprecedented level of service and strategic insight into what it takes to be successful within each channel.”
