Coohom Partners with Magicplan

Coohom, a leading 3D home decor and visualization platform geared for the interior design and home furnishings industry, has announced a partnership with magicplan, a mobile app that helps interior design and renovation professionals quickly create floor plans using augmented reality technology.
Through the partnership, Coohom and magicplan will bring to market an end to end design platform that makes measuring a space to the designing and visualizing of it seamless. Interior designers and renovation professionals on magicplan can now directly import their projects into Coohom to continue designing with 3D models and rendering tools.
The partnership came out of real customer requests for a direct integration between the two. After speaking, the teams saw significant synergies in helping thousands of design professionals bridge the gap between the manual process of measuring a space and then drawing it out in 3D software, as well as the pain of understanding what a room would look like fully furnished.
By collaborating, the team's hope to make a significant contribution to the way that 3D design is done today - improving the process for creating floor plans that becomes much more seamless and integrated.
