Homemakers Furniture Extends Black Friday Deals to Ensure Safe Shopping Season

Urbandale, Iowa-based Homemakers Furniture has announced an extended Black Friday experience to include an expanded array of deals throughout the entire holiday season, as well as new shopping options that accommodate for increased COVID-19 safety measures and customers wishing to shop from the comfort of their homes.
In addition to deals on the day of Black Friday, Homemakers will run weekly deals starting on November 5 and running through December. This includes an increased number of online deals at homemakers.com.
“We’re excited to share the incredible lineup of deals we have this holiday season,” said Dave Merschman, president. “Despite inventory shortages throughout our industry, our team has worked hard to put together an amazing and expansive selection of deals we know the community will love.”
Homemakers will continue implementing enhanced safety measures to keep employees and customers safe. These include requiring all employees and asking customers who are able to wear masks, frequently cleaning surfaces, placing hand sanitizer stations throughout the store, enforcing social- distancing, placing plexiglass shields at cash registers and the finance office, and contactless pickup options.
“Ensuring the safety of our customers and employees is always our top priority,” said Merschman. “We’ve elevated our safety measures and we’re confident our store is a safe Black Friday and holiday season shopping environment in accordance with health guidelines.”
