MicroD, a web technology provider for the home furnishings industry, has announced that it will opt out of a physical presence during High Point Market and choose to exhibit for retailers and manufacturers at a virtual booth Oct. 6 – 9.
The company will host its virtual booth for retailers and manufacturers who work with MicroD or new contacts who want to learn more about the website, product visualization, digital marketing, or EDI solutions. The virtual booth will have an abundance of educational resources and events: webinars, articles, videos, and the chance to reserve appointments to discuss business.
“To maintain the safety of our teams and clients, MicroD has decided to participate in High Point Market virtually this October,” said Mona Nigam, EVP of MicroD. “This gives our team the chance to maintain the high level of service and consulting that happens during Market while keeping our team and visitors safe. The added flexibility to meet before the business of High Point Market gives our retailers a chance to have a Virtual Market with MicroD and then travel to High Point for their vendor appointments.”
Retailers and manufacturers can reserve a virtual appointment with MicroD experts based on the specific needs of the home furnishings business. The virtual booth, hosted on the company’s website, will offer the same interactive learning experience as the in-person Market with the added benefit of MicroD’s team of website and marketing experts in a virtual booth.
“I'm looking forward to our Virtual Market,” said Jay Diamond, vice president of sales. “It will not only keep everyone safe; it will allow stakeholders to schedule dedicated time with our experienced team to virtually consult and demonstrate how a manufacturer and/or retailer can enhance their digital presence, monetize eCommerce opportunities, increase market share and of course, grow revenue.”
