Fall Colors, Curated Fabrics Among Sherrill Furniture’s Fall Showcase

Privately held family-owned business Sherrill Furniture will feature styles, colors, and trends from regions around the United States during this Fall Market season. Each region celebrates the richness of the culture through carefully curated fabrics, and exquisite textures, which accentuate the frames in every setting of the manufacturers showroom.

A new and welcome update is the introduction of leather furniture, which is thoughtfully placed throughout the showroom adding a dynamic feel.

“Following the past two seasons for lighter textures and stimulating color, this market is very grounded with a lot of environmental tones and features what customers are ready to embrace,” says Susan Bay, award-winning designer and retailer.

One of the environmental tones on display is four different hues of green in a beautiful blend with soft teal and turquoise, which creates a calming atmosphere.

“One of the most important challenges is establishing a concept and look for the entire showroom. For this collection I have looked to four or five regional areas of the country for inspiration and built the collection around them,” says Bay.

A transitional Southwest groove in terracotta and neutral grays is one of the regions represented in the showroom settings. The use of goldish Maize adds to the overall desert aesthetic.

Additionally, a new palette of performance fabrics is available in different setting throughout the showroom.

“The performance fabrics we have chosen are markedly more comfortable to live with. They are more varied in color, more inviting in texture and softer to the touch,” Bay said.

These performance fabrics offer enhanced durability, withstand soil and dirt, as well as repel stains and spills, providing a sound option for any lifestyle.

The Pacific Northwest is another region highlighted throughout the High Point showroom with beautiful blues and natural textures.

Sherrill Furniture will be showing in both Pre-Market and High Point Market. The showroom is located in the Hamilton Wrenn neighborhood at 315 Fred Alexander Pl. Ste. 100, in. High Point.
