Furniture distributor Coaster Fine Furniture has announced its partnership with the reality television show, Military Makeover with Montel on the Lifetime Network for Season 23.
Co-produced and hosted by Montel Williams, Military Makeover is an award-winning home improvement show that offers hope and a helping hand to members of the military and their loved ones. The show transforms the homes and lives of military families across America.
Season 23 will feature veteran Marcelino Marquez and his family. Marquez enlisted in the Marine Corps out of high school. Throughout his 27 years as a Marine, he rose to the highest rank one can achieve in the Marine Corps and Marine Reserves: Chief Warrant Officer 3. Marquez has served two tours in Okinawa, two tours in Iraq and two tours in Afghanistan. He currently lives outside of Atlanta, Georgia with his wife, Francis and their three children.
“We are honored to be working with Military Makeover to provide furniture to a well deserving family. We are incredibly grateful for the sacrifices Marcelino and his family have made for our country,” said Don Deeds, EVP of Sales and Marketing for Coaster.
“It was also a joy to work with the talented series designer, Jennifer Bertrand on this home makeover. Using Coaster’s mobile application, she selected the best furniture pieces to meet the everyday needs of the Marquez family, and to give them a comfortable and beautiful living space,” added Deeds. Some of the furniture Coaster provided were a six-person dining table set, sectional sofa, console table, accent chair, various modern side tables and a coffee table.
