Franchise Group Taps Todd Evans as Chief Franchising Officer

Franchise Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FRG), an operator of franchised and franchisable businesses that include Buddy’s Home Furnishings and American Freight, has appointed Todd Evans to the newly created role of chief franchising officer.
“Todd is any franchisor’s number-one-draft-pick,” said Brian Kahn, CEO of Franchise Group. “He embodies the perfect mix of franchise operations and franchise administration. I have had the pleasure of working with Todd for nearly twenty years, sometimes on opposite sides of the table, and know that he brings the highest level of integrity to shaping and leading our franchising efforts.”
Evans joins Franchise Group from uBreakiFix where he served as vice president of franchising and played a key role in opening over 425 locations. Prior to uBreakiFix, Evans held other executive franchising roles including over 20 years at Aaron’s, Inc. where he assisted in the growth of its franchise division to over 780 locations generating over $1 billion in annual store front revenue.
