HFB started the Forty Under 40 program in 2015 to recognize accomplished up and coming professionals in home furnishings. Storis is proud Jascewsky represents their team as a determined and talented professional impacting the future of the industry.
According to the company, Jascewsky’s dedication goes beyond her day to day responsibilities and goals and regularly delves into the betterment of retailers. She uses her creativity and thoroughness to think beyond retail technology to get to the heart of what will help consumers delight in their experiences with the home furnishings industry.
Jascewsky runs the daily operations and strategies of the marketing department. Her diverse skillset includes the responsibilities of analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts, managing communications to clients and prospects, creating content for various mediums, overseeing advertising plans, building partnerships, organizing tradeshows, managing an internal CRM, writing website content and optimizing SEO performance.
“Caitlin's pursuit of excellence and dedication to Storis have been tremendously additive to our culture and performance. It has been a privilege working alongside such a talented and motivated individual,” said Kaitlin Deane, sr. manager.
Jascewsky started her career at Storis supporting the sales department. She excelled from the moment she joined the company, continuing to the marketing communications coordinator position, then communications & digital specialist and then ultimately promoted to marketing supervisor.
“Caitlin sets an example of how ambitious, young professionals eager to learn and grow can flourish here at Storis,” said Doug Culmone, president. “We are proud Caitlin earned this recognition and look forward to continue supporting her growth.”
Jascewsky has a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising Management from FIT and calls upon her merchandising education to stay informed on furniture trends to reflect the vision of the team’s marketing efforts.
Other career achievements include the International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) securing Jascewsky as a presenter for a seminar about an area of her expertise, Website Optimization, at the association’s 2020 Annual Conference. In 2018, she was also recognized with an industry award, Women on the Rise, from the Furniture Today publication.
