Coaster Turns to Digital Experience for Upcoming Las Vegas Market

Furniture distributor Coaster Fine Furniture has announced that the company will not be opening their showroom at Las Vegas Market from Aug. 30 to Sept. 3 due to COVID-19 safety concerns for their customers, employees and community.

As an alternative, the company will offer a digital showroom experience with brand new products already in the pipeline. Retailers will receive a first look at a variety of the newest Coaster furniture products available for purchase during market week.

“Even though our Las Vegas showroom is currently set up for viewing, the health and safety concerns weighed heavily on our minds,” said Don Deeds, EVP of Sales and Marketing. “It was a difficult decision to make because we look forward to attending Las Vegas Market every year and seeing our customers. However, at this time it posed too much of a risk with the current status of the pandemic.

“As we navigate through this difficult time, it is imperative for us to reimagine the traditional in-person buying approach. Opening our showroom as a digital experience is a great alternative, and we hope our customers take part in it during Market week at the end of August,” added Deeds.

More details about Coaster’s digital market experience will be provided in the coming weeks.
