Michele Rosselli Joins Spring Air as a Customer Service Specialist

Spring Air International recently announced the appointment of Michele Rosselli as a customer service specialist. She will oversee the company’s order and data entry functions, work closely with the company’s national accounts team and broad network of domestic and international licensing support partners.

Prior to joining Spring Air, Rosselli was a customer service manager with the Encore Boston Harbor, a luxury resort and casino, where she worked closely with guests to assure a world-class experience. Before joining the management team at the resort, Rosselli was a customer service manager for UGI Energy Group, a power company that serves the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. During her tenure there, she oversaw training of new customer service representatives.

“As we continue to expand our partnerships with leading sleep retailers and build our network of licensees, we turned to someone like Michele because of her experience in two areas – the luxury consumer space and her energy experience, where she was able to scale her work to help a wide array of customers. She will bring a great new dimension to our team because of that experience,” said Nick Bates, Spring Air International president.

Rosselli succeeds Theresa Martin, who is retiring after joining the company two years ago.

“I look forward to working closely with the Spring Air team and our partners to deliver an outstanding service experience,” Rosselli said. “I am excited to put my previous experience in the customer service industry to use to provide our customers with extraordinary care and to exceed their service expectations.”
