Standard Furniture Expands Sales Team

Casegoods and upholstery producer Standard Furniture has announced the expansion of its sales team with five new appointments, naming Eric Greene sales director while Chuck Eitel, Dave Johnson, Rick McCabe and Patrick Ruland have been named corporate account managers.

Prior to joining Standard, Greene managed sales operations for Simmons. He will manage day-to-day management of the sales team. 

Chuck Eitel previously served as a regional sales manager for E.S. Kluft & Company and Simmons. For Standard, he will be responsible for Georgia and Mid-Atlantic.

Johnson previously served in sales roles with Legends Furniture and Jackson Furniture and will now manage Texas and key accounts for Standard.

McCabe, who previously served in sales roles with Standard Furniture and Lane Home Furnishings, returns to Standard and will cover the Northeast territory.

Before joining Standard, Ruland was a marketing specialist at Ashley Furniture. Ruland will manage the Midwest and portions of the Southeast territory.

“These new assignments have been made as a part of the continued growth strategy for Standard,” said Standard CEO Charlie Eitel. “We are excited to add these individuals, all who have deep experience in home furnishings that will help us service our retail partners.”
