American Freight Donates $100K in Products to Fire Stations

From San Diego, California to Newark, Delaware, a total of 25 fire stations will receive needed appliances and furniture items. The home retailer is working hand-in-hand with fire chiefs and logistics officers to tailor the donations to fit the specific needs of each station or department.
"Firefighters are on the front lines every day, protecting our community even in the midst of a pandemic. We are thrilled to provide these deserving fire stations with needed upgrades to kitchens and break rooms as a small way of saying thank you for everything they've done for our communities," said Will Powell, CEO of American Freight. "For many first responders, their workplace has been their home this year. We wanted to add comfort to their days and nights, just like they have for us by serving on the frontlines."
In February 2020, American Freight combined with Sears Outlet, a leading national discount retailer of home appliances, to create American Freight Furniture Mattress Appliance. American Freight is celebrating the newly re-branded American Freight, now with over 300 locations, with a two week Grand Opening Savings Event, from June 25 – July 9.
