Eclipse Names Kelle Giordano as Director of Marketing

Mattress manufacturer Eclipse International has named Kelle Giordano to director of marketing and graphic design.

With more than 30 years of executive-level sales, marketing and merchandising experience, Giordano is charged with leading the company’s marketing efforts, brand positioning and strategic framework for all websites, social media platforms, advertising, point of purchase and marketing collateral across its comprehensive portfolio of brands. She reports to David Tenuta, vice president of brands of Eclipse International.

Throughout her career, Giordano has developed a variety of first-class marketing strategies to help leading brands drive sales and maximize revenue potential. Most recently, she was vice president of merchandising at Sheex, Inc., a performance fabric bedding and sleepwear company, where she spent two years managing the product development team, product and pricing strategies and driving product design and innovation across all product categories.

Prior to Sheex, Giordano was vice president of sales for Denim Habit, a high-end denim boutique with retail locations in New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Over the course of her 28-year tenure with the company, she managed the financial operations and profitability of the retail division. On the marketing side, she was responsible for developing integrated marketing strategies including digital, social and in-store campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive consumers to retail locations.

“Kelle has a great passion for developing strong brand messages that are creative and innovative, elevating them to new levels that truly drive growth,” said Stuart Carlitz, president and chief executive officer of Eclipse International. “Her broad background, not only in marketing, but in business management, sales and merchandising makes her the perfect leader for our marketing team as we continue to develop and expand our portfolio of brands.”

She assumes the responsibilities previously managed by Scott Baron, who passed away earlier this year.

Giordano attended Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, and she lives in Medford, New Jersey, with her husband and children.
