Malouf Creates New E-Commerce Website Guide

Utah-based furniture bedding accessories provider Malouf has released an e-commerce website guide that walks businesses through key steps to creating, managing, and marketing a retail site.

Produced by Malouf’s team of in-house experts, this guide is the third installment of an e-book series designed to help its retail partners navigate the world of online sales.

“At Malouf, we develop award-winning marketing assets to help our partners succeed,” said Eric Holmstead, national sales manager. “With this new comprehensive guide, our customers can learn how to capitalize on e-commerce sales amid a changing retail environment.”

The e-commerce guide educates businesses on how to plan, design, and optimize a website to increase online sales, add Malouf products quickly and easily to a custom or templated website, and optimize a website through email marketing, social media marketing, and online reviews.

“We offer a wide range of in-house expertise—from web design to software development to content management—and we’re utilizing that knowledge to provide additional support for our partners during these trying times,” said Scott Carr, marketing director.

Malouf has created similar e-books on social media as well as online review management. Each guide shows businesses how to use these tools to boost sales and revenue, increase brand awareness and engagement, and build trust and loyalty with customers. The company will release an email marketing e-book later next month.
