International Market Centers (IMC) has announced that Las Vegas Design Center’s (LVDC) monthly “First Friday” programming continues online while the World Market Center Las Vegas’ campus is closed to the public due to COVID-19. The June webinar, taking place from 10 - 11 a.m. (PT) on Friday, June 5, features a discussion with industry expert Leslie Carothers, principal of Savour Partnership, on how to utilize digital channels to generate income.
“We received an overwhelmingly positive response to the virtual ‘First Friday’ seminar format introduced in May and these webinars are a great way to continue delivering relevant, educational content to the design community during the pandemic,” said Cain Brodie, general manager of LVDC. “We look forward to the day when we can host in-person seminars again, but until then, we will continue to educate and inspire through virtual opportunities.”
LVDC’s “First Friday” seminars are free to designers and feature a wide range of speakers and educational content geared toward the interior design community. In the June edition, titled #DESIGNWEALTH: Learn How Your Website Can Generate 24/7 Income for You, Carothers will discuss how to use website, blog and social media channels to generate 24/7 income and offer tips on how to drive enough consumer traffic to make the business strategy successful.
