American Leather Launches Giveaway for Frontline Workers

American Leather has announced it is hosting a “Heroes Deserve Comfort” Giveaway, which honors frontline workers such as medical professionals, emergency crews, essential retail workers and delivery drivers, or anyone who has gone above and beyond to provide important services during the COVID-19 crisis.
“If this pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that we rely on the hard work of hundreds of thousands of people to get through each day,” said Bruce Birnbach, CEO of American Leather. “Whether it’s the brave men and women who put their lives on the line each day to help those afflicted with the virus, or those in our neighborhoods who are organizing food drives for those in need – many of these individuals often go unrecognized, and this is our way to give back.”
To enter anyone deserving of recognition, visit www.americanleather.com/heroes. American Leather will select five winners, each of whom will receive a Comfort Air chair with ottoman, plus free delivery, all valued upwards of $4,999. Entries are accepted through May 18, 2020.
“At the end of the day, these heroes deserve to go home and kick up their feet. We just want to do a small part in making them feel comfortable and recognizing their hard work,” Birnbach said.
In addition to the nationwide giveaway, American Leather has been assisting the COVID-19 efforts by shifting its factory over to making PPEs full time for local and national healthcare professionals. To date, the company and its partner manufacturing companies under American Leather Holdings have produced over 100,000 masks and 15,000 gowns.
