Interior Designer Kim Radovich Announces Second Design Retreat

After a successful debut of Design Retreat, Kim Radovich, principal of Kim Radovich Interiors and former ASID NY Metro president, has announced that her second professional workshop will take place June 4-5 at Harbor Hill Estate on Long Island, NY.
The goal of Design Retreat II is to inform, inspire and prepare the attendees to take their businesses to the next level. Much like the first iteration attendees will attend a series of sessions led by industry experts, as well as roundtable discussions. Topics include everything from business operations, charging, and contracts, to marketing, public relations, and social media.
Design Retreat offers a small group of like-minded design professionals the opportunity for, in Kim's words, an entrepreneurial detox--time for them to reflect, learn and focus on their own businesses for a change as opposed to doing everything for everyone else. And, because of the intimate nature of the group, guests are encouraged to share information and ideas freely and openly, as Kim understands that it is during these conversations that attendees gain the most.
Registration is $975 and includes workshop sessions and programming; presentation notes and materials; access to the speakers; all meals, beverages, and cocktails; and a gift bag. For those coming in from out of town, there are registration options that include overnight accommodations onsite at Harbor Hill. The complete schedule will be shared in the coming weeks.
Trained at the Parsons School of Design, Kim’s design firm, located on the famed Gold Coast of Long Island, offers a multitude of services, including space planning, consulting, custom furniture design, architectural detailing, Feng Shui and sustainable design.
An Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the Interior Design Society (IDS), Kim is currently President of ASID, New York Metro. Her work has been featured in national publications including Traditional Home, Architectural Digest, NY Cottages & Gardens, Better Homes and Gardens, East Coast Design, NBC’s LX TV Open House NY and Newsday.
