Rugs America Expands into Larger NY Showroom

Rug manufacturer and wholesale distributer Rugs America has moved into a new showroom in the iconic Textile Building at New York Market, doubling its capacity for exhibiting area rugs.
With steady growth especially in recent years, the company quickly outgrew its last showroom, so it was a necessary and exciting change to move into this new suite. The new display area will be the perfect spot to house their largest selection of rugs yet, and the additional square footage will optimize the experience for those inspecting for details in design, true color, and texture.
“We are excited about this move within the historic Textile Building. As our product collections grow, we continuously look for new and better ways to present to our customers. The NY Market is an integral part of our growth and we look forward to continuing our success at this market,” said Aaron Hakimian, president of Rugs America.
Buyers and designers attending Home Fashions Market week from March 22 to 26 will get a first glimpse of the new space.
