Soft-Tex Announces New License Agreement with Luxury Brand Charisma

Sleep product manufacturer Soft-Tex International, Inc. has announced its exclusive North American license of luxury home brand Charisma to be unveiled in Soft-Tex’s 230 Fifth Avenue showroom during the Spring New York Home Fashions Market.
As part of launching the license, Soft-Tex is introducing a comprehensive collection of basic bedding products under the Charisma brand including: memory foam mattresses, memory foam pillows, memory foam toppers, mattress pads, and pillow and mattress protectors.
“The Charisma bedding collection has embodied luxury and understated elegance for more than 30 years and we’re excited to continue to grow and expand the product offering into memory foam bedding and accessories through our partnership with Soft-Tex,” said Bob Galvin, chief executive officer and president of Iconix Brand Group, Inc., parent company of Charisma.
“We were attracted to Charisma’s rich history and brand message of ‘luxury at its best’ as that’s truly what we provide in every Soft-Tex product. We look forward to unveiling the brand new collection that redefines luxury in basic bedding through combining new luxury fabrics and superior packaging designs integrated with Soft-Tex’s advanced bedding technologies and innovations,” said Chris Marsh, Soft-Tex chief business officer.
Soft-Tex manufactured Charisma bedding products are expected to be available for in-store delivery in the third quarter of 2020.
