Belfort Furniture Hosts Launch of Bobby Berk Home Collection

Bobby Berk, award winning interior designer and member of the Fab Five from Netflix’s “Queer Eye,” launched his new collection on March 1 at Belfort Furniture in the DC area.
To celebrate the launch of Bobby Berk in partnership with ART Furniture, Belfort Furniture hosted a “Conversation on Design,” with the designer. Hundreds of customers turned out for this exclusive event at the northern Virginia retailer. The collection is on display in Belfort’s newest showroom, Main.
The collection honors and reflects the evolution of design styles that have inspired this award winning interior designer. Mid-Century styling that is grounded by refined and timeless forms with sculptural elements that nod to Art Deco. Offering pieces for all areas of the home, the furniture is designed to be timeless while offering a refined, modern aesthetic.

The collection boasts graphite stained bar cabinets, dining tables that pair trendy terrazzo and timeless natural wood. It’s this mix, the juxtaposition, that defines Bobby Berk’s signature style.
Matt Huber, EVP at Belfort, added, “Bobby Berk creates pieces with the perfect mix of visual interest using materials that are both organic and stylish, sophisticated, yet sleek. The design styles offer different materials that resonate with today’s consumer, such as vegan leather, brass, and walnut woods.”
Customers enjoyed a lively Q&A moderated by Matt Huber. Berk offered practical design advice and spoke on the inspiration behind the pieces in his collection. The event concluded with Berk drawing the door prizes, the Larsen sofa from the Bobby Berk collection and a $500 Belfort Furniture gift card towards a Bobby Berk purchase. Following the event, customers enjoyed refreshments, including wine from Huber’s own Stone Tower Winery.
