E.S. Kluft Announces New Leadership Appointments

Luxury mattress producer E.S. Kluft & Company has recently named Dan Trojacek as vice president of operations and Sergio Tellez as plant manager for California.
“With more than 55 years of bedding and manufacturing experience between them, Dan and Sergio will be instrumental in supporting our growing business,” said Jon Stowe, managing director. “They bring tremendous expertise in operations, manufacturing and production, and we’re delighted to add these two dynamic leaders to our team.”
Trojacek brings vast experience and a passion for building company brands through operational excellence and innovation. As a key member of the E.S. Kluft leadership team, he will focus on enhancing processes for SAP, production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service. Prior to joining E.S. Kluft, Trojacek served as a management executive and consultant to various companies in the bedding and home furnishings industries, including Anatomic Global, Spring Air Mattress, Atlas Spring, Diamond Mattress and Leggett & Platt, Inc.
Tellez brings a track record of achieving manufacturing improvements through implementation of lean manufacturing and will focus on establishing processes to support the growth of the E.S. Kluft business. His numerous years of bedding industry experience include management positions at Banner Mattress and Serta Simmons Bedding.
