Party for Life Auction Goes Live

Gift for Life, the gift and home industries' charitable organization, has announced the launch of a silent auction in support of its 28th annual fundraiser, Party for Life. The annual event will be held for the first time in Atlanta on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2020, 6:30 p.m.-10 p.m., at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History.

Highlights of the silent auction include:
- Hyatt Regency Atlanta one-night weekend stay with breakfast and parking
- Golden Nugget Las Vegas 3-day/2-night stay with R/T airfare and food credit
- Seattle Get-Away 4-day/3-night stay at a beautiful waterfront estate in Lakebay, WA
- Historic Inn Downtown in Portsmouth, NH, 2-night stay
- Omni Hotels & Resorts Atlanta 2-night stay with breakfast buffet

In addition to auction items, the Party for Life in Atlanta will include a guest appearance by celebrity designer Thom Filicia and presentation of Gift for Life’s Chuck Yancy Lifetime Achievement Award to gift visionary Anne McGilvray.
“Party for Life 2020 has incredible auction items that benefit a wonderful cause,” said Matthew Katzenson, Gift for Life chair. “Please start bidding now on these packages that offer tremendous value and support for Gift for Life.”
According to Katzenson, there currently are more than 50 confirmed sponsors. Sponsors to date include: Anne McGilvray & Company at $25,000; AmericasMart Atlanta/Las Vegas Market, NY NOW Retail Renaissance, and Poo-Pourri at $15,000; BinaNat Capital and Demdaco at $10,000; Barefoot Dreams, Dallas Market Center, Michel Design Works and Vera Bradley at $5,000. In-kind support includes Great American Publishing, Maiarelli Studio, and Progressive Media.
Individual tickets are available for purchase for $125. Sponsorships are available in packages starting at $1,000. The higher the sponsorship, the bigger the benefits including event tickets, a VIP experience, full-page advertising across leading industry publications, at-Market recognition and marketing promotion from Gift for Life as well as AmericasMart Atlanta that includes emails, social media, website posts, elevator doors and more.
