Latexco US Unveils First Polyurethane Foam Product, Snofom

Latex foam producer Latexco US has unveiled its flagship polyurethane foam product, Snofom, entering into a new category of high-end foam.
Named for its snowy white appearance and softness, Snofom provides the highest airflow of any polyurethane foam in the company’s portfolio. Highly responsive in compression and decompression, it was designed to follow the natural movement of the body and maintain the same pressure distribution over time, making it ideal for comfort top layer in high-end mattresses, toppers and pillows.
Snofom promotes optimal sleep comfort and quality by balancing the body and mattress microclimate. It is designed to ensure good sleep in all climates through hygrothermal performance, which means how it handles moisture and heat. Tests have shown Snofom has a lower build-up of both heat and humidity compared to memory foam.
The open cell structure of Snofom allows it to hold a consistent amount of pressure over time, providing sleepers support that promotes blood circulation. It has also performed better in compression and recovery tests compared to high resilient foam, which makes it ideal for vacuum and roll-pack.
“Snofom offers the best comfort and support attributes of both memory foam and high resilience foam with the highest airflow we have ever seen, and that is why we created a new category name of Respire,” said Brent Limer, chief sales officer.
