Malouf Ranks Top One Percent on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work

Bedding accessories resource Malouf has announced its second year ranking in the top one percent on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list in the U.S. small and medium category for companies with fewer than 1,000 employees.
Now in its 12th year, this award is based entirely on employee feedback through Glassdoor and was the most competitive year to-date with more than one million businesses on-site.
“Our employees have built an award-winning culture centered around giving back and providing a great experience for our customers,” said Sam Malouf, CEO. “This award reflects the talent and commitment of each employee who gives it their all—every single day.”
On Glassdoor, current and former employees voluntarily and anonymously share insights about their work environments through a company review. When creating a review on Glassdoor, employees are asked to rate their overall satisfaction with the company as well as key workplace factors, including career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, senior management and work-life balance.

In addition to Glassdoor, Malouf is also ranked on Comparably, another employer-review site with more than 600,000 business profiles. For 2019, Malouf ranked No. 15 for Top Culture and No. 2 for Top CEO and is recognized as a Top Company for Women.
