“The Hall of Fame has pitched a very big tent, one that wholeheartedly embraces our entire industry, whether you represent home décor, home accents, lighting, rugs, wall décor, outdoor home furnishings, furniture or upholstery,” said David Gebhart, president of the Foundation board of directors. “You are a vital member of this vibrant industry and we invite you to take your seat at the table at our annual Hall of Fame induction Celebration. It is the greatest networking evening of the industry from the Cocktail Party before through dinner and concluding with The After Party.”
Joining the current 116 members of the Hall of Fame are Jake Jabs, president and CEO of American Furniture Warehouse; Clement “Clem” M. Lange, co-founder and chairman of Best Chairs, Inc., Best Home Furnishings; Paul Maitland-Smith, founder of Maitland-Smith Ltd. and Theodore Alexander; and Jim McIngvale, founder and owner of Gallery Furniture.
The Induction Celebration will feature “Miracle on the Hudson” Captain Sully Sullenberger delivering the keynote address. TV personalities Bobby Berk and Kelli Ellis will serve as hosts along with entertainment from saxophonist, singer and songwriter Grace Kelly.
Tickets for this year’s American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame Induction Celebration are $250 per ticket for members ($2,500 for a table of 10) and $300 per ticket for non-members ($3,000 for a table of 10).
