HPMKT Introduces Partner Pop-Up, Includes Crypton, Monogram, and Steelyard

The High Point Market Authority will introduce a new Partner Pop-Up series for Fall Market, October 19-23, in collaboration with industry partners Crypton, Monogram, and Steelyard. The Partner Pop-Up program is a new experiential opportunity for brands to engage with Market attendees via educational programming, activations and networking opportunities. For its Market debut, the program will feature three pop-ups around the Market district:

Monogram Glass House

Ideas for growth – served up with great food – by a new leader in luxury appliances

Where: Corner of Fred Alexander and N. Hamilton Street

When: Saturday, Oct. 19 – Monday, Oct. 21, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.

See two new luxury appliance lines – the Statement Collection and the Minimalist Collection – from Monogram. While you’re enjoying their beauty, be sure to let two-time Food Network Chopped Champion Chef James Briscione show you the delicious appetizers and handcrafted cocktails they help him create. And be sure to get some new inspiration from our four fun idea sessions (All served up with fantastic food, of course!).

The Crypton Patio

Take a few moments to relax in the autumn air, meet and mingle with friends old and new

Where: In between Showplace and IHFC, next to the Transportation Terminal

When: Saturday, Oct. 19 – Tuesday, Oct. 21, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

An outdoor oasis in the center of all the action, the Crypton Patio is the perfect place for al fresco meetings, dining and relaxation. Stop in to enjoy food yard games, hammocks, and refresh yourself with local kombucha, cold press juice, and a snack from the food trucks between your more serious-minded Market stops.

The Steelyard Airstream

Everything you’ll need to help you get the most out of your days at Market

Where: Corner of Commerce and Main, adjacent to The Point

When: Friday, Oct. 18, 12 – 6 p.m., Saturday–Monday, Oct. 19-21, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., and Tuesday, Oct. 22, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Kickoff this High Point in a very unique way. The uber-chic Steelyard Airstream will be the only place where you can pick up the famous Steelyard swag bag, start the always-popular Nail Polish Trail, get your hands-on VIP passes to the hottest invitation-only events, and get the inside scoop on what to do and see at Market. Not enough? How about a sneak peek at the latest tools being launched on Steelyard? Game changers! So come meet up with friends, hang out with some special industry celebs that will be in-and-out, and oh yeah, we've got games too!

“Driven by the overwhelming success of our first pop-up, The Point, we developed this program knowing that unique, experiential activations provide attendees with access to vital industry information and contacts in an engaging manner, all of which enhance an attendee’s overall High Point Market experience,” said Tom Conley, president and CEO of the High Point Market Authority. “It’s a positive and exciting addition to the Market landscape, and we’re thrilled to partner with Crypton, Monogram, and Steelyard for the inaugural introduction of this series.”

“For us, having a presence at High Point Market is an ideal opportunity to connect with the industry, showcase our new collections and enrich guest experiences – and we will have a little bit of fun too!,” said Elisabeth Raydo, design engagement leader for Monogram. “High Point Market is truly the epicenter of the design industry, so it was a completely natural fit for us to have a presence there. We are quite excited to debut the Monogram Glass House during Fall Market!”
