MLily to Host HP Market Mixer to Benefit Terminally Ill Kids

As part of their continuing commitment to help children with life-threatening illnesses, mattress manufacturer MLily USA will host a “Moonshine Mixer” at the Fall High Point Market on Friday Oct. 18 from 5-8 p.m. The event will help raise money for Special Spaces – a non-profit organization built on volunteer support that transforms the bedrooms of terminally ill children. Donations will be accepted during the event set to take place in the MLily showroom, which is located at the Centers of High Point in the Russell Building, space 110.
The event follows similar parties held during the summer Las Vegas Market and at the Spring High Point Market during which $3,500 was donated to Special Spaces.
MLily began its partnership with Special Spaces earlier in the year as the two companies share a common mission of changing lives one bed at a time. The company has contributed financially and donated products to help Special Spaces reach their goal of giving suffering children a dream bedroom. These bedrooms play a key role in recovery as it gives the children a dedicated space to heal and have a peaceful night’s sleep.
“Special Spaces is a tremendous organization and we’re committed to helping advance their mission of giving these brave children a comfortable, fun room to enjoy,” said Stephen Chen, president of MLily. “Their goal melds perfectly with ours of providing a healthy night’s sleep and improving the lives of all, so we hope we are able to make an impact by helping the children out any way possible.”
The MLily showroom with feature a separate space for Special Spaces displaying the incredible work the organization does for children. The event will serve a cultivated collection of Ole Smoky Tennessee Moonshine and various food options.
