Luxury casegoods and upholstery manufacturer, Jonathan Charles Fine Furniture, has completed a stunning showroom transformation, which will highlight the company’s extensive new product introductions for the October High Point Market. More than 300 new offerings, across an array of styles from modern to timeless illustrate the theme, the evolution of artistry. Discerning retailers and interior design professionals can shop the High Point showroom, located at 200 North Hamilton, Suite 125, from Thursday, Octc 17 through Wednesday, Oct. 23.
Producing collections and individual objects that elevate heritage craftsmanship with modern sensibility, Jonathan Charles celebrates their dedication to meticulous craftsmanship with an installation showcasing the artistry used throughout their line. Surrounding the installation, new collections featuring both case pieces and luxe upholstery envelop the display of artistry.
Some of the new entries for market include:
The Hamilton Collection
Neoclassicism is reinterpreted in slender silhouettes with graceful symmetry and balance. Historic references such as the geometric motifs from the Federal style are made relevant for today.
The Berkley Collection
Channeling the best of the Hollywood Regency period, Berkley is a siren’s call to sophisticated swank and unapologetic joie de vivre.
The Geometric Collection
Offering new pieces in this collection which uplift shape, structure and purity of line. Visually captivating for its clarity, Geometric does not cloak itself in decoration, but rather honors the notion that truth of form is the finest expression of modernist art.
The Rivoli Collection
Shapely and sinuous, The Rivoli Collection is classic French rococo-meets-Parisian street market. Ornamentation is balanced with comfort and ease. Seating is softened with graceful shaping and fine fabrics. Hand-rubbed lacquer and bright nickel finishes accent the curves and counter-curves of the case pieces.
Additions and new finishes are offered throughout a number of other collections including Belgravia, Buckingham, Madison, Gatsby, Fusion and JC Edited.
More than a dozen new upholstery settings will be showcased, some as accompaniments to collections, while others are presented as individual offeringsFrom frame to cushion quality and sit-ability, to their refined aesthetic and exquisite coverings, the seating debuts are elevated in taste, form and presentation.
In keeping with the company’s forward-looking mantra, “...the evolution of artistry”, Jonathan Charles is offering their buyers an imaginative and modern approach to Market relaxation with a London-inspired gin bar featuring earthy elements and a modern vibe that speaks the hushed language of a contemporary speakeasy. Jonathan Charles clients can enjoy small bites daily and experience innovative libations each afternoon throughout Market.
