Kaela Simeonoff Joins IMC as Sales Manager for The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas

International Market Centers (IMC) has named Kaela Simeonoff as sales manager for The Expo at World Market Center Las Vegas, a $90 million, 315,000-square-foot exposition center set to open in July 2020 during Las Vegas Market. Simeonoff will report directly to Jennifer Muna, general manager of The Expo.
“Kaela is a talented industry professional with a strong background in both the hospitality sales and services industry here in Las Vegas,” Muna said. “I’m looking forward to leveraging her experience and contacts as The Expo opens in July 2020.”
As sales manager, Simeonoff will be responsible for leasing The Expo’s 194,785 gross square feet of exhibit space and World Market Center Las Vegas’ special event and meeting space. The Expo is the downtown’s largest event venue with more than 200,000 square feet of exhibit, meeting and pre-function space along with amenities that facilitate efficient event planning. It offers proximity to more than 7,000 hotel rooms in downtown Las Vegas and nearby access to an additional 140,000+ rooms on the Las Vegas Strip.
Simeonoff joins IMC after seven years with MGM Resorts International, where she held numerous positions in convention, executive meetings and catering sales for several properties. She has a degree in psychology from the College of Southern Nevada.
“The Expo will address demand for modern convention, trade show and meeting space in downtown Las Vegas” said Simeonoff. “I’m very excited to be part of the World Market Center Las Vegas team and I’m eager to show the industry what downtown has to offer.”
