“We are delighted that Eichholtz continues to invest in High Point Market with this graduation from a temporary booth in InterHall to a standalone building at 129 S. Hamilton St.,” said Julie Messner, senior vice president of furniture and home décor leasing for International Market Centers. “This property is a perfect backdrop for Eichholtz’s stunning product line.”
Eichholtz is moving into the 20,000-square-foot building following the departure of decorative furnishings company Christopher Guy. The state-of-the-art building features 40-foot ceilings, 30-foot windows and signature reflection pools. The property is close to the International Home Furnishings Center (IHFC) and Showplace.
Theo Eichholtz, the company’s founder and CEO, says 129 S. Hamilton St. is the perfect place to display the company’s full collection of furniture, lighting and home accessories.
“It’s like a dream come true. Expanding our business to the United States has always been my ambition,” Eichholtz said. “There’s no better place to start than on this prime location in the hot spot of home furnishings and interior design. Come celebrate the opening with us, and check out our sumptuous collection.”
For October Market, Eichholtz will be displaying about 80% of its entire collection of glamorous Dutch design, including nearly all latest arrivals.
