Eclipse Offers New Latex Mattress at Lower Price Point

The four-bed collection is designed to make latex mattresses attainable for a new group of consumers that have been previously priced out of the company’s luxurious Pure Talalay Bliss lineup.

The new collection is designed to appeal to the consumer who craves the features of the Talalay latex experience but hasn’t made the purchase because of price. Now, Talalay Bliss beds deliver the benefits of latex through designs that feature luxurious Talalay in the tops of the mattress build, but because the premium component is not included throughout the product, there is a cost savings that can be passed onto the consumer.

Building on the success of Eclipse’s partnership with Talalay Global and the launch of the Pure Talalay Bliss collection, the new Talalay Bliss mattresses still offers a range of comfort feels without sacrificing quality. The performance, quality, and health benefits exist in the new lineup, but the beds are priced more competitively to reach a larger number of consumers.

“In developing the new Talalay Bliss Collection, we paid particular attention to the construction so that the Talalay was at the top of the mattresses delivering the comfort, breathability and supportive benefit Talalay offers but at a much more aggressive price. The new collection opens the door to consumers who thought Talalay was cost prohibitive,” said Stuart Carlitz, president and CEO of Eclipse.

In comparison to the premium Pure Talalay Bliss collection, which features all-latex designs, the new hybrid mattresses are priced to retail from $1,299 to $1,999. Each new mattress also offers a choice of comfort feels – cushion firm or luxury firm – depending on the consumer’s preference.

The new collection can be viewed in the company’s Las Vegas Market showroom located at B-1118 in the World Market Center during the market, July 28-Aug. 1.
