El Dorado expands into West Central Florida

Florida-based El Dorado Furniture has announced the opening of its 17th location in St. Petersburg.
The 44,000 square-foot location is currently in development and will be opening to the public this fall and will be located at 3700 Tyrone Blvd., previously operated by Sports Authority.
The company’s West Central Florida showroom will have the “boulevard concept,” consisting of individualized themed storefronts that open into specialized furniture shops displaying high-quality furniture ranging from contemporary to eclectic and traditional styles. Known for the concept in its other locations, El Dorado has designed a unique shopping experience for its customers. This newest creation will also exhibit showrooms such as Coastal, Home Gallery, The Terrace, and the company’s unique collections such as Carlo Perrazi and LIV.
"This new El Dorado Furniture Boulevard showroom in St. Petersburg is the perfect strategic first location for our expansion plans in the Tampa Bay area." said Pedro Capó, chief operations officer of El Dorado Furniture.
