Soft-Tex to Launch Latest Innovations at Las Vegas Market

Sleep product manufacturer Soft-Tex International has announced several new innovations ahead of Las Vegas Furniture Market including the Epic Chill pad, refreshed Sleep Addict Luxury Cooling & Wellness collection, and new sustainable products under Soft-Tex's EcoPedic brand.

The company’s Las Vegas Market presentation in showroom C-1572 will also feature several memory foam mattress market specials and a brand new display of products and capabilities in the company's Vendor Direct Fulfillment division.

The Epic Chill pad is the latest mattress cooling accessory designed for use above a mattress protector and below a sheet. This product provides sustained active cooling utilizing pressure activation and Reactex Technology which manages the flow of energy helping store heat away from the body. The technology featured in this product is also self-recharging when not in use.

"Creating a new category in mattress accessories is exciting. Retailers and RSA's will appreciate the opportunity to sell the Epic Chill Pad featuring meaningful branding and easy to demonstrate technology that helps grow the average ticket. If you sell mattresses, you'll have to see the Epic Chill Cooling Pad," said Chris Marsh, chief marketing officer of Soft-Tex.

Following its introduction in January, the Sleep Addict Collection has been refined to focus on Luxury Cooling featuring upgraded features and improvements and numerous lines featuring Reactex cooling technology while keeping the popular look and feel of the new packaging. 

"Sleep Addict is Soft-Tex's premier line for furniture distributors. Adding the upgraded features with active cooling complement our in-line DreamSmart assortment and adds significant value to the consumer for retailers looking to improve cross-sell and upsell conversion rates," said John Timmerman, VP of Furniture Division.   

The company’s sustainable EcoPedic brand will feature new collections in new categories including sheets and will feature pillow constructions including eco-efficient fiber blend with natural latex foam clusters.

For dealers and distributors looking for opportunity buys, Soft-Tex will feature several market specials on its collections of 8", 10", 12" memory foam mattresses-in-a-box featuring proprietary gel-infused memory foam formulations that are CertiPUR-US certified and are not impacted by recent tariffs on imported mattresses.

Soft-Tex's showroom will showcase a completely new offering of stocked, dropshippable goods out of its Charleston, S.C. and Waterford, N.Y. facilities. The division will also showcase information for furniture retailers on how they can leverage Soft-Tex product information, rich assets, and Bazaarvoice reviews to enhance their product pages and win on the digital shelf.
