Las Vegas Market has announced it is partnering with business expansion agency reALIGN to present exhibitors with a four-part “Third Growth Option” webinar series.
The free series provides insights around growth management, process improvement, outsourcing of growth capacity with a universal business expansion model, project parameters and real world examples.
“Las Vegas Market is delighted to partner with reALIGN to provide our exhibitors with the best educational and growth tools to expand their businesses,” said Dorothy Belshaw, executive vice president, chief marketing and digital officer for International Market Centers. “As the leading home furnishings and gift market in the western U.S., Las Vegas Market is committed to helping our tenants – before, during and after Market – succeed in their business endeavors.”
The first webinar will take place at 11 a.m. on June 20 and will provide an in-depth description of the “Third Growth Option” process and how to optimize and execute it. The next three webinars will focus on extensive real-world case studies – highlighting growth into new adjacent categories; growth into new channels of distribution; and profitable core category go-to-market processes.
The webinar will be presented by Benno Duenkelsbuehler, CEO of reALIGN. In his 30 years in the industry, Duenkelsbuehler has served as both a merchant and marketer for IKEA and Pottery Barn, and served as an executive or CEO of several companies.
“The idea of challenging the notion of a binary choice between internal organic growth and acquisition, with a ‘Third Growth Option’ that is faster and less risky, has been embraced by distributors and manufacturers with showrooms in High Point and Las Vegas,” said Duenkelsbuehler. “We developed a new adjacent furniture category for a lighting distributor, a new e-commerce marketplace channel for a brick and mortar distributor, a new spring garden décor line for a supplier of Christmas décor, and a better go-to-market process that doubled a candle supplier’s footprint. Sometimes owners or executives are just stuck with too little growth, or just know they could grow faster, if only they had more bandwidth, and a proven process to grow.”

In addition to this four-part series, Las Vegas Market also is working with key associations and groups to present ongoing informational webinars for exhibitors. Spa Industry Association (SIA), The Fashion Jewelry and Accessories Trade Association (FJATA) and Craft Retailers’ Association for Tomorrow (CRAFT) all will host webinars this fall.
