Las Vegas Market Announces Expanded Furniture Resources for Summer Market

Las Vegas Market has announced seven relocating, expanding and renewing home furnishings showrooms for the Summer 2019 Las Vegas Market, running July 28 – Aug. 1. These early leasing gains will add more than 90,000 square feet to the market’s four-plus million square feet of furniture resources.

“Las Vegas Market continues to expand and enhance its robust furniture category,” said Scott Eckman, EVP of furniture and home décor for International Market Centers. “Las Vegas Market offers a diverse selection of home furnishings lines and continues to deliver a dynamic shopping experience for retailers and designers alike.”

Two existing furniture showrooms are expanding or relocating for Summer Market: Kuka North America, a China-based supplier of sofa, bed, mattress and chair, is relocating into a 21,241-square-foot showroom on B7; and Primitive Collections, a wholesaler of lifestyle-focused furniture, is expanding by 50 percent into a 4,923-square-foot showroom on B1.

Two companies that debuted during Winter Market have relocated and extended their commitments to Las Vegas Market: Art Carpet – Art Home, a manufacturer and exporter of machine-made rugs and carpets, is relocating into a 2,563-square-foot showroom on B8; and Vogue Home Furnishings, a manufacturer of reclining sofas, sectionals and recliners, is relocating into a 4,165-square-foot space on A9.

Additionally, three leading companies have renewed their showrooms for Summer Market. These renewals include: Elements International Group, a provider of bedroom, upholstery, dining and occasional furniture, in 23,971 square feet on C14; Klaussner Home Furnishings, a supplier of custom upholstery, bedroom, dining room, and more, in 22,496 square feet on A8; and Magnussen Home, a manufacturer of bedroom, youth furniture, dining, home office, and more, in 13,462 square feet on A7.
