Gift Resources Grow at LV Market

Las Vegas Market announced this week another round of significant gift leasing gains with more than 60,000 square feet of new, expanding and renewed showrooms confirmed for Summer 2019 Las Vegas Market, July 28 – Aug. 1.

“The number of gift resources available at Las Vegas Market continues to grow market-over-market and Building C now presents more than 2,700 gift lines in nearly 450,000 square feet of permanent showrooms on seven floors,” said Dave Savula, executive vice president of gift and apparel leasing for International Market Centers. “In addition to debuts by newcomers to Las Vegas Market, these latest renewals confirm the Market’s ability to provide a return on investments for our customers.”

Two companies will be debuting showrooms on floor 10 in Building C for Summer Market. Cody Foster, a producer of ornaments, seasonal objects and novelties, will be opening its first West Coast showroom in 684 square feet; and Vintage Addiction, a supplier of home décor, handbags and jewelry, will be opening its first-ever permanent showroom in 1,530 square feet.

In addition to its new showroom, Vintage Addiction, a long-time Las Vegas Market temporary exhibitor, also will continue to exhibit in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market within DISCOVERIES: The Antique Vintage Marketplace.

Four current tenants are expanding their existing showrooms this summer. Kurt Adler, a leading importer of holiday ornaments and décor is expanding into a 11,535-square-foot showroom on C8. Heritage Lace, a manufacturer and seller of textiles and high-end specialty products, is expanding into a 723-square-foot showroom on C11. On C7, CTW Home Collection, distributors of home decor and gift items, is renewing and expanding into a 2,439-square-foot showroom; and Sullivans, a wholesaler of everyday and seasonal home décor, is renewing, relocating and expanding into a 10,795-square-foot space. The move will allow Sullivans to showcase a broader product selection and introduce more than 800 new products.

Additionally, eight suppliers are renewing their showrooms for Summer Market. On C1, Counterpoint Design Resources/Eva Solo, a distributor of fine contemporary design brands, is renewing in 556 square feet.

On C6, Giftcraft, a supplier of lifestyle, fashion, home décor, giftware, wellness and gourmet products, is renewing in 13,262 square feet; and Young’s Inc., a supplier of gift, home décor and fashion accessories, is renewing in 2,255 square feet.

On C7, VIP International, a provider of home decor, contemporary/modern farmhouse, garden, industrial, and more, is renewing in 6,364 square feet.

On C8, burton + burton, a supplier of gifts, balloons, and floral accessories, is renewing in 10,114 square feet; Georgetown Home & Garden, a manufacturer of whimsical garden art, is renewing in 1,874 square feet; and The Gerson Companies, suppliers of decorative accessories, holiday/seasonal, tabletop, wall art, and more, is renewing in 7,681 square feet.

On C9, Unipak Designs Corp., a manufacturer of hand-crafted plush animals, is renewing in 1,000 square feet; and multi-lines agency Kathleen Milne is renewing in 1,879 square feet on C10.

Las Vegas Market showcases nearly 450,000 square feet of showrooms on seven floors in Building C, and another 500+ temporary lines in the Pavilions at Las Vegas Market, the gift and home temporary exhibits. Key gift categories at Las Vegas Market include: fashion accessories and jewelry; gourmet and housewares; kids and toy; lifestyle; personal care; seasonal; stationery; and tabletop.
