Ergomotion Promotes 2 Executives to New Leadership Roles

Calif.-based, sleep technology specialist Ergomotion has announced the promotion of two executives to more senior roles, strengthening its leadership team to deliver more customer support through sales, logistics and manufacturing.
Shae Gentry becomes head of operations and logistics, and Kyle Muench is now relationship executive. Both are new positions for the company.
The moves are aimed at deepening business relationships with existing customers while adding new customers with a lineup of cutting-edge products and services throughout all areas of the company. Gentry joined Ergomotion in 2018 as director of supply chain, while Muench had been director of operations since 2009.
“Shae and Kyle already have established a track record of success here, but their new, expanded roles allow them to apply those skills to a broader range of disciplines and have a greater positive impact on our customers,” said Johnny Griggs, chief operating officer of Ergomotion. “Strong customer relationships are a cornerstone of our business, and these organizational changes allow us to take those relationships to the next level.”
In his new role, Gentry oversees day-to-day operational performance, including logistics, transportation, contract negotiations, purchasing, procurement, warehousing, inventory, vendor relationships, forecasting and demand planning. As relationship executive, Muench works directly with key customers to build relationships across various company functions, including sales, product development, logistics and manufacturing.
Before joining Ergomotion, Gentry was senior director of supply chain at Shippabo. He earlier held key posts in logistics, transportation and operations at PlayStation, Technicolor Global Logistics and FDSI Logistics.
A resident of Moorpark, Calif., Gentry holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Florida Metropolitan University and earned supply chain management certification from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Before he joined Ergomotion, Muench was director of customer service for China International Inc., and earlier worked for Creative Artists Agency. A resident of Santa Barbara, he holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts from Westmont College and earned the Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation in 2015.
